ONE for the price of TWO !!
»
I also bought one of these at Costco. Switch #1 was dead out of the package. Being an Electrician, i forced it open.. The fuse was good, then i noticed they soldered the HOT and Neutral wires backwards !! I re-soldered the leads but that still did not help ! Piece of crap... Since i threw package away a week or two before trying them, i have NO warranty info to call about. Oh well, one still works, BUT i wanted AND paid for two !! You buy, you TRY... MAKE SURE both units work !!

Problems
»
I bought this product at Costco, too. The lamps I wanted to control are both plugged into the same power strip. I set up #1 first and tried it and it worked fine. Then I set up #2 and it worked fine but #1 stopped working. I decided to try switching them and after that they both worked okay. This morning I turned on one of the lamps and the bulb blew. I replaced the bulb and found out the Super Switch it plugged into is also blown. They're only 2 months old.

Dead On Arrival

Like the other reviewer, only one of the two switches worked--the other does not respond to the remote. There's no procedure to "pair" the remote to the switches or anything like that. It's simply broken. Avoid!

Great, when it works!

I did not buy this on Amazon. One of the two switches was DOA. Now I'd have to return it to Costco. Hopefully it is still within the 3-month return period. This is a great product, when it works.
