Ingenious! Where has this been all my life?

When I first got the kit I was a little skeptical because it seemed so much smaller than the huge boxes of buckets, pails, hoses, and bottles you normally need to make wine at home. But after following the easy instructions and included yeast I screwed on one of their ingenious caps and turned a small can of apple juice concentrate into a half gallon of hard cider in less than a week! Can of cider = 69 cents makes a half gallon of ready-to-drink wine. I have another 3 gallons of wine brewing right now using this kit.
