Very please with this scale as a gift for my chef husband for Christmas; he immediately went into "weigh everything mode" and it's accuracy was perfect. Fits right in between all those expensive cook books, too. Only complaint is that it buckles at the opposite end of the scale screen, and therefore isn't completely flat. Not enough to send it back but this was a little disappointing.
