« Consistently unreliable »

I ordered this laptop. I loved it for a week. At the end of that week the keyboard stopped working. I had to restore the computer to the way it came from the factory(lost all my data) to gain the use of the keyboard again. HP support had no other options and had no idea how to fix it. I sent the tablet in and had them send me another one..... and the same thing happened again three days after i received it. I know people who own and love this laptop, but I know just as many who have problems with it every time they use it. The tx2500z is a new laptop, and HP has yet to work out all the bugs. I suggest looking at lenovo tablets instead. I have had mine for months and I love it.
