The vacation home is a 12' x 12' 2-room tent with a front porch canopy 12' x 6' that sleeps 8 people. The tent has a taped seamed rain fly, GoBeDry system to keep water out & an integrated color coded for easy set up steel frame system to withstand the elements & to protect your family from Mother Nature. All of this is in a EZ Pak wheeled storage bag with an expandable zipper for easy packing & transportation of the tent to the camp site.

WOW! Bought this tent today and put it p and it is HUGE! Haven't tested it in the rain yet, but so far I LOVE IT! The room that this tent has is enormous.
