The Miracle Rice Cooker!
»
I use this rice cooker to make all kinds of rice. Hey guys if you are looking to make your arroz con gandules (rice and peas) rice and chicken, rice and beans, or just spanish rice this is the cooker for you.
You must use the measuring cup they supply. For all the rice I use the white rice button. I cook long grain rice only, so for white rice I measure one cup of rice with 1 1/2 cups of water, a drop of oil and salt.
For your spanish rice add your oil, sofrito, sazon adobo etc. you can add meat or beans, (the water in the can beans or any veggies you put must be included in the water you put to cook rice), as you would cook in the regular pots. When I make for example 3 cups of rice I add 3 1/2 cups of water for spanish rice only. This is so much easy to do and no pots to clean because this cleans so simple. I also brought my at Target for cheaper. God Bless you all Happy New Year!

Great Rice Cooker
»
My wife and I used this to make rice for sushi because we wanted something to cook the rice without having to watch it. We followed the directions in the manual and the rice came out much better than expected. It was fluffy and not watery at all like what can happen when cooked in a pot. We love this rice cooker and highly recommend it. It is extremely easy to use and we too bought it at target.

Terrific Long Grain Brown Rice maker
»
I wanted to make long grain easily, but I also wanted very good cooked long grain. This rice steamer is the only one I've found that has a
brown rice setting. It takes about 1 3/4 hours to make the brown rice, about a half hour for white. I also steam my vegetables at the same time. Easy to clean. The price is right, also.
