seems to work!
»
I got this for my cat. Our other cat died several weeks ago, and our surviving cat has been very agitated and upset since then. I put 4 drops in a spoonful of water once a day and put it over the dry cat food. He laps up the water and eats the pellets and is a lot calmer. My cat doesn't have a good sense of smell, and the first time he ate the doctored food he looked a little surprised, but he eats it without a fuss. Definitely worth a try.
The regular Rescue Remedy has an alcohol base, and the pet (and child's) version has a glycerine base. All the other ingredients are the same.

Seems to work!

This product seems to work on my two cats. I just moved across country and they are still a little scared (it's been about a month). I have felaway plugged into the walls, but the vet also recommended this. I put it on their noses every once in a while and they are extremely playful and running around. However, I did notice one time that I used it, my male cat's heartrate seemed to be higher than normal. The vet says its completely safe, but I'll only use it when I'm around. This is also good to use when company comes over, they are not as stressed out and actually come out!

It works!

...insanely well.
I've used it for my small Pomeranian as he was getting adjusted to my his home. It has the ability to make an animal rather catatonic, so you might want to try 2 or 3 drops for a small animal, to see their reaction, before trying full strength. Seems to last around 12 hours. Sometimes more.

Didn't work for us.....

Although I have heard and read many positive things about this product it didn't seem to have any effect on my shihtzu. It was difficult to get her to take the product because of the strong taste. I tried it with cream cheese, tried straight into her mouth, and ended up putting some in the water dish that all of my dogs share.

We've used Rescue Remedy for our pets and find that it works well. It takes about 30 min to take effect, but certainly does work.
