Do Not Buy the Brum!
»
This product basically does nothing other than it looks cool. It does not sweep up the crumbs like in the video either. We charged it for 24 hrs like it said and it barely had any power. It lasts maybe 5 min off each charge, if that. You can't get into corners because it is not flexible,as someone else mentioned. Do not waste your $. I am so disappointed in this product.

This Thing is Junk
»
I received this for Christmas from my daughter and I was so looking forward to trying it. Just like ArmyVet, I had difficulty snapping the handle in place. There is no indicator light and it isn't charging. What is up with that? Totally a piece of junk. Such a disappointment.

A good looking piece of junk. Sigh.

Just as with ArmyVet, and the person who commented on his review, I got this item home and couldn't charge it or turn it on. It's been plugged in overnight, to no avail. I don't think these things were inspected by a quality control person before they were shipped them out. I feel sorry for the designer who's name is on this item-- Dirt Devil really did the customer and their brand name a big diservice when they shipped this out. Now, I'm happy for everyone who at least got to try their Brum, and find out if they liked how it worked, or not. (Still, I can't help but wonder how long the working ones will last, when so many don't work at all coming straight out of the box.) If you decide to try this thing, consider yourself warned. I would say don't buy it unless you can plug in the one you are purchasing at a brick and mortar store, and make sure it works before you bring it home.

DONT BUY IT!
»
Please don't waste your money - I can honestly say this is the worst product I have ever purchased. It is awkward and heavy and does not pick up anything after repeated attempts. You have to hold it upright over the pile of trash and the trash is still there. Not user friendly at all - awkward to remove dust cup for emptying. I can't imagine it being good for anything but a slight upper body workout. I expect you'll see a lot of these at Big Lots.
I will go back to my old method of broom and dustbuster, but even a dust pan would be quicker and easier than this thing.
