Great for fishing rods
»
This is my favorite addition to ceiling racks. They hold a lot of long fishing rods and other items of long length. No ladders as yet, but I will be buying more of them for ladder storage. Great item at a good price, but they did ship in a box that was huge. Amazon needs to refine their shipping boxes and procedures. The box was at least 10 times the size needed.

What model???
»
There are already reviews here that caution regarding fit with two different HyLoft overhead storage systems, so I guess it would be useful to understand which systems these things actually fit! Unfortunately, unless you're buying your overhead racks at the same time, you're unlikely to know the model number. Some better description than 'fits #XYZ' would be useful, because if both other reviews are accurate, I can't find a model they do fit.

make Sure you have the right Model!!!
»
WARNING:
I thought I had a deal @ $4 each but when they arrived I realized that they do not fit the square spacing of my 45 x 45 Hyloft overhead.
Make sure of fitment first.
They are to expensive to return so I am thinking of other ways to use this thing . `8-(
..oh well You win some - you lose some!!!

Hyloft Storage

Easy to install, good directions, spare parts and a good product. I would reccomend these. I used them in the garage and they use otherwise wasted space nicely.

This would probably work well
»
I think this would work well - just make sure you have the *newer* model of their Ceiling Racks. I got the Model 808 (42x42) racks, and the spacings are different. After I "installed" these - i realized - I honestly can't imagine anything it could be really useful for except for a ladder. and i already have a separate/better ladder rack. soooo... yeah.
