excellent product,looks and performs like brand new.dewalts remanufactured tools i think are better than new.this is my second remanufactured drill and the other one is 4years old and works flawlessly.batteries are starting to get a little weak.for the price of batteries,it just made sense to buy this instead.plus i needed a reciprocating saw.amazon is awesome allways good service with no worries.
