I ordered Midnight Illusion water bottles and they were rolling around in the box when I received them,damaged of course.Worse yet the replacements came packaged the same pathetic way.No protection except one small 4X4" air pillow that did absolutely nothing.This repeated even after I made them aware of the situation.By then the product was no longer available.

This is a great product, despite the relatively high cost. I am very satisfied with what the product promised to do: not contaminate the drinking water with a "plastic" taste. The lid is very secure and the product feels very durable. Also the painted finish is quite durable and after several months of use it has not scratched off or faded away. My biggest complaint however is that the water bottle dents. Not easily, persay, but it does dent. This is a major thing to get used to when switching over from a nalgene type bottle which is virtually indestructible. Mine currently has about a dozen dings in it from occasional drops and knocks. Oh well, the water tastes fine!

I have been very pleased with this Sigg Water Bottle. It serves its purpose very well and looks great. My wife introduced me to the idea of getting some Sigg bottles for us. I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a little while now, I couldn't be happier with it. I highly recommend them.
