The worst purchase I have ever made-should be a zero star!
»
There are some things that I didn't know till it was too late. The restocking fee and the shipping made it not feaseable to return, let alone that we destroyed the shipping box to get it out of the box. The original packaging was required to return. I didn't buy it from Amazon. This was the first wall oven I have ever purchased. Here are a few things that I didn't like:
1. Really cheesy racks, like a toaster oven. hmmmm
2. Teeny tiny upper oven
3. Takes forever to heat up
4. Vents hot air out the front (probably why it takes forever to heat up, it immediately vents hot air.) It does not have the ability to hook up to a normal venting which I have from my old oven.
5. This venting is also with a fan, so if the power should go out, you could not use the oven at all.
6. The broiler is a joke, very low powered.
If the price were about half, you might expect this poor quality and performance. With a price of $1699 I expected a much better product.
Don't buy it.
