I love how well this product works! We are a family of allergies and asthma. We also have dogs and cats. I have used this all over the house. The only thing we haven't tried is the mirror/window cleaning option. Added bonus was that no cleaners are needed to make this product work. This helps a ton when half the cleaners take your breath away!

disappointed!

I couldn't wait to get this and start cleaning. When the box arrived it wasn't in the greatest shape. The cord on the cleaner had white paint type marks on it too. I wasn't even sure that it was brand new! (so I e-mailed the seller.) It blows steam but surely doesn't clean that way I thought it would. I'm really disappointed!

Decent for the price

I've never owned a steam cleaner before and was looking for an inexpensive one to use to just do simple household chores (window sills, gunk in crevices) I don't have anything to compare this cleaner to but it seems to do a fairly decent job. Paying $50 or more for a similar product doesn't make sense. I like the attachments it came with (instruction manual could be a bit better on how and what to use each piece for) but all in all, it's a great product for the price.

Good bargain

At $20, one can't really complain about the limitations of this unit. I don't have big jobs for it come along often so I'm happy with my purchase and the quality. I have not tried to do much with it outside of cleaning jewelry.
