I had this item for almost 2 year and the water thermostat wouldn't shut off. I called Hamilton Beach and they said to leave it for 2 weeks continuously running, only that made the cool water side to stop working. They said if I had my receipt I would be fine. Well to my bad side I don't have it anymore. I will but another brand now.

It wasnt very long before this machine broke. It will spit cold water at you and it runs constantly. We have all tried to fix it using some of the fix it tips on the net but to no avail.
Stay away! Buy something else. It just ain't worth the trouble.

Cold Water Stopped

I had this water cooler for about 1 year, when the cold water stopped dispensing. The cooler worked, but the cold water just dripped out. The hot water continued being heated and flowed nicely. I think there's something wrong with the cold water pump or valves. It seems that lots of other people have this similar problem. So, I just ordered a Primo hot/cold water dispenser. I'll steer clear of Hamilton Beach from now on.

This product stopped cooling the water.
I called the company they said, sorry sir, 1 year warrenty.
I asked "where is your repair center" they said there isn't one !!
I told them that was great .... for them.
I WILL NEVER BUY A HAMILTON BEACH PRODUCT !!

broke after 2.5 months

worked well for 2.5 months then stopped dispensing cold water. Customer service was useless. Only good news was it broke before 90 day Target receipt expired...got full refund from store.
