Nice Screwdriver Set!
»
Nice screwdriver set. I had to replace my Craftsman set after they were stolen. This is a nice replacement set for the money.

Good assortment, but they won't last long
»
These are decent screwdrivers, and I think some reviewers are judging them harshly (what did they expect when they got 22 screwdrivers for $18?). The grips are comfortable, and I can find a size for most jobs. One thing that would have been very nice to have is a bag to store them in. Just after I bought them, I saw an almost identical kit at Home Depot for $19.99 that included a nice simple rolling bag to store the tools and I regretted my purchase a little.
Like other reviews have mentioned, the magnetic oxide black tips are merely paint. They make the tools look cool, but they are almost disposable.

Poor Quality

Marginal screwdrivers. Metal is soft and don't let the black paint on the tips fool you. Installed 12 phillips screws in sheet metal, by the 10th screw the point was rounding. All show and no go!

Very Happy With Set
»
I originally purchased a set for my son-in-law and like his so much I ordered a set for me. I own a professional set of name brand tools and these rank very close at only a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend.

Save the drama, buy Craftsman
»
I bought this set of screwdrivers because I needed a torx with a long shaft. Amazon, as usual with Prime, delivered in two days.
I opened the box.
I unwrapped foam sheet packing material and found the screwdrivers poking through. No pouch, nothing. Just screwdrivers. Just slightly rusty screwdrivers.
A bit of 3-in-1 oil brightened them up.
They're made in China of course.
They warn the handles are not insulated against electric shock.
Only warranty I could find in the box is Amazon's 30 day return policy.
I'd return them but it's too much bother. Next time I'll just buy Craftsman locally.
