Best grilled cheese I ever made.
»
I bought this set to complement a set of Calphalon One Infused. I couldn't wait to try them out and started with a mozarella/tomato/basil grilled cheese. I and my three-year old devoured that thing. It put a smooth, caramelized surface on the bread that I've never gotten from another nonstick.

You get what you pay for....
»
A previous reviewer commented: If you have a ceramic stove top, be warned that these pots warp when they are hot, so they do not sit flat and they do not heat evenly or well.
I agree wholeheartedly- these pans are rather thin and have poor heat distribution, especially on a ceramic stove top.
On the positive side, they are OK. They might be suitable as a starter set- attractive- have a good non-stick surface (so far).
OTH- keep in mind that even with the Calphalon branding, they are cheaply made and will likely warp with high heat.
I was a little disappointed. You do get what you pay for....

Great pans but no covers
»
I purchased these pans to replace some aging Simply Calphalon pans that I'd used for years and liked. I thought I wanted 8" and 10" pans but have found that the 10" and 12" sizes are more versatile. This is a good deal for the price except there are no covers to contain the splatters. Fortunately I was able to get some covers that fit the pans so I am a happy camper. I use these pans daily with olive oil and canola oil and get great results. Just be sure to use nonstick utensils and don't use spray oils but then, you won't need much oil.

Great pans for 6 months... then begins to stick
»
These pans were so slippery I loved the way I could throw eggs in the air to flip them. Perfect pan weight, good heat distribution, nice rounded corners. My everyday egg theatre ended after 6 months when the eggs started to stick. Now I have to scrape off the eggs. 5+ stars for 6 months, 1 star afterwards. I'm going to test the lifetime warranty. If Calphalon pulls through my rating will go back up to 5.
