We bought this generator because we have frequent power outages and need medical oxygen equipment in use 24/7. Used it for three hours yesterday evening. It powered our entire house: refrigerator/freezer, freezer, all lights, big-screen TV, computer and ceiling fans. It started like a charm and we had no problems. We would recommend this generator and also Jack's Tool Shed for promptly taking care of their customers.

Used thie Gen for the first power outage.

I bought this generator in case of power outages, was out for 36 hours last year. Used it for a 4 hour power outage yesterday, powered my whole house. I had to be some what careful not to overload the generator but it came though just fine. 3 referigerator,furnace,well,some lights and tv. I would recommend this generator for simple backup power, to keep the essentials going. Worked great! 4 stars because of surges, when a motor turns on you can see the lights dim. Just have to be careful.
