My wife bought this. I was against buying *another* brush. I have to say, though, that I am thoroughly impressed and it has done nicely. It is by far better than any of the other 6 brushes we own. I give it my full recommendation! Cheers!

Dog Brush
»
My dog is a 4 lb. Chihuahua and even though this is the small brush I have to be very careful with it because of her size. My daughter has the medium sized furminator for her mid-sized dog and two cats and it works great for them.

Great even for short hair
»
This product works great! My dog has short hair, but it still takes so much hair off of him, espcially his tail!

Excellent deShedder
»
This is by far the best deShedding tool I have come across. My german shepard has very long hair and sheds a lot in the summer. He also hates most of these tools because they pull at his hair. This one is great. It doesn't hurt my dog when I use it on him and he actually likes it. It also gets a ton of loose hair out without that many brush throughs.

great for our Shiba
»
we love it too. It works great on our Shiba Inu, a dog with a thick undercoat that sheds like crazy in Spring. It works great on our cats too and even our very grumpy cat tolerates it. I would suggest, if you live in the country or a community that doesn't have rules against it... just leave the xtra pet fur outside for little critters and birds to use in their nests. They really appreciate things like that.
