Toddler computer

In this age of everyone on the computer, my 17 month old granddaughter needed in the act and this computer caught my eyes. Her parents use their laptops for everything and her almost 4 year old sister gets to work on one of their old ones. She needed one of her own. She immediately took to it and kisses the mouse often. There are LED lights in the mirrored screen and it is softly padded for one who is not sure footed yet. Great educational toy! Big sister likes all the bells and sounds too.
Also I was impressed by how quickly the gift arrived during the holiday rush of Christmas shipping. Thank you.

Where's the Volume?

My son (1yr) doesn't think much of this toy, as it doesn't have much volume, it too quiet to keep his attention. If there is any other background noise (like the TV), it easily washes out this toy. So if he doesn't get any response from it, he simply moves along to the next toy in the basket.

Wish i had not bought this
»
I bought this one for my 2.5 yr old kid. But the sounds coming out of this toy is hardly audible. moreover, it hardly has any resemblance to a real world laptop. there are no keys, instead this one has a soft pad on which you can press buttons (which are hidden under the towel). the screen is nothing but a few LEDs and is hardly impressive even to my kid. thinking of sending it back.

Great customer service

We received 2 of these as gifts for our twins (1 1/2 yrs girls). One of the faces did not light up. We emailed the company since we didn't know how or where to return them. They sent us a new one in the mail no questions asked, did not have to send back the broken one. My girls enjoy the computers. One of them will set up both and work on them at the same time, very cute.
