« excellent » I absolutely love this pan, no more hardened disc of rice at the bottom with this bad boy. While a little pricey it lives up to its reputation and is a great addition to my kitchen. FYI I'm glad I did my homework on this pan. I've seen 3 different styles of 3qt. pans. There is this one, a 3 qt saute pan, and a 3 qt casserole. So just make sure that the pan that is pictured is the one you want. Rating: (5 out of 5) @ 2008-11-04
