Heats nicely but loud

I bought this for my cube at work and just putting it on the low setting heats it up fast. The only bad thing is that it is loud

Good little heater
»
First I got one Honeywell surround heater which kind of disappointed me because of the lack of airflow. After a little while I got this and I was happy with this. Keeps my room nice and warm.
Pros:
- Nice heating power.
- 2 heat and 1 fan mode.
- Thermal cut-off (or something like that).
- Good airflow.
Cons:
- No thermostat.
- No tip over protection or other safety features (except one mentioned).
- Little too loud.
- Doesn't seem to stand very sturdy (not good if you have kids around).
Overall this is a good product and I would recommend it.

Good for the money

My college friends and I are renting a drafty, cold house and we don't want to use up our oil on heat. So we each went out and now we each have our own fans in our own rooms. It makes the small bedrooms nice and toasty. And $10?! Right down my alley! :)

good for the price

What can I say? I was looking for an inexpensive heater to keep me from being too cold while working at home. This one was on sale for $10. It works well. I've only used it on the low setting. It does not have any temperature regulation, it's either on low or high or fan, so don't expect to set a temperature like 65 degrees and then walk away and have it regulate the temperature in the room. One disappointment to me is that the fan does not slow down for the lower setting, but that's a minor issue. Overall, well worth the money in my opinion.
I should note that there's a place to wrap the cord on the bottom of the unit but it is not easy to wrap the cord because it is inside the base, so that part could be redesigned. But, as I said, it's a good heater for the money.
