Product description

Tough 22 gauge PVC. 6' 8'' long x 30'' wide. Dual tracking fins for easy steering. Cup holder. 86'' aluminum paddle. Paddle lock for easy storage. Two recessed storage compartments with cargo net. NMMA Certified.

Portable, stable, and durable, the inflatable 80-inch-by-30-inch sit-on-top touring kayak by Coleman accommodates one paddler and comes with an 86-inch aluminum paddle. A puffy backrest and armrests ensure comfort while meandering down a stream or exploring a lake. Wells in the front of the seat have footrests accommodating paddlers of all different leg lengths. Coleman's patented double-lock valve prevents accidental air loss, and constructed of tough puncture-resistant 22-gauge PVC, the kayak is leak proof.

For added convenience and comfort, the kayak has a cup holder in the front of the seat and gear storage with a secure cargo net on the bow. There is also a clip on the side of the kayak to hold the paddle so you can relax your arms while you drift on the water. Designed for performance and comfort, dual tracking fins make steering easy. The kayak inflates and deflates quickly for compact storage and is lightweight and easy to carry. The kayak supports up to 395 pounds. (Pump not included; sold separately.)

Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

« Great Product for the price. »
My husband and I bought two of these in July and we got the chance to take them out nearly every weekend until the weather got cold. They are fun and easy to use, we don't know what we are doing but we never tipped and could maneuver easily. We live in Utah and since we are novices we only went on lakes and reservoirs that didn't allow wakes so I don't know how they would do around lots of boats and waves.
My only complaint is that one of our paddles broke the first time out, but my husband said it was because he twisted too tightly. We could have replaced it thru Coleman but we duct taped it and haven't worried about it since. The cargo hold could be slightly bigger, but we have been able to carry everything we have needed.
We would see at least one other person using this kayak each time we went out. So I know that they are popular.
We are getting hardshell kayaks this summer, but we won't get getting rid of these. These are great kayaks for beginning recreational kayaks and people that don't have the space store a hardshell one.

    « Not quite what I expected »
Saw people using these kayaks on the lake, thought it looked like good fun and easier to transport than a regular kayak (it's inflatable!!). Bought my boyfriend and I one, and wasn't quite as impressed. Good item to take camping for some water fun but expect to get an arm workout!

    « a lot of fun! »
this product is definitely worth the money. it's not for serious kyakers, but if you want something fun to take out on the lake, this is definitely it. we had our family over for a day of water sports and everyone had a great time using it.
