Leatherman tools came about as Tim Leatherman, founder of Leatherman Tools, traveled abroad. Leatherman traveled abroad in a 1969 Fiat. I have a Blast and this was a gift for my father, who has a Charge. This adapter doesn't work on either of our tools. The one that works is called the "Universal Adapter" instead of the "Stadard Adapter".
