Died with the warranty
»
First of all, this oven could not run with any other appliance on the same line without tripping a circuit. OK, it's powerful. But then it decided to die on us just a month after the manufacturer's warranty expired! How convenient. We ordered this through Amazon and I don't know if it got damaged in the shipping, but a microwave shouldn't die after a year. We have an old microwave at work that is utilized constantly by a rather large staff and it's amazing this thing does the job. So there is no excuse for this appliance to have such a short life.

great but I got it 'defective' this time...

This is the second one I got from Amazon. The first one was bought before last Thanksgiving. We all love this microwave - fast cooking and user friendly. If you don't bother to do any program or setting, the one touch `quick min' is a very good choice for reheat. The reason why we had to buy a second one was due to my mother-in -law's careless mistake by powering on the microwave without heating any food inside. When she remembered and checked out the microwave, it was "stopped" already and 2 burnt marks were left inside. Therefore we decided to get another one. Unfortunately the second one came `defective'. No matter how much time we set for cooking or reheat, it stopped after 3 seconds. We called the customer service and to our surprise, the customer service rep was very nice and helped us test the microwave. She admitted that it's defective (sth wrong with the electronic device) and actually she suggested us returning the microwave to Amazon since we only had it for a day. But we decided to go for repair cuz we didn't want to go thru all the hassles of re-packing, shipping and waiting for another one to come... So she transferred us to the service department. Again very nice people - got information from us and arrange us to go to their local authorized service center. We then dropped off the microwave to the center (about 20 min away from our house; it's still ok). It was fixed and ready for pick up the following day. Since then, we have no problem with it. What I am trying to say is it's a great microwave for family. I am happy that we didn't change our mind to get a new one from another brand or model even though we had chance to shop for a new one. Besides, they provided really good and efficient customer service. I am glad we chose to do "repair" instead of "return". However, I only give 4 stars this time cuz it came `defective' in the first place.

This Microwave is the Worst Ever. Here is why. I received it in my home, shipped from Amazon on May 8th, 2007, Yesterday on July 26, 2007, IT DIED! I paid, $129. Anyway, I call Amazon, and they SUCK! 30 days is all they cover, after that YOU are on your OWN. I don't know what has happened to them, I am not going to use them anymore. Not to mention the guy in Customer Service couldn't speak English and Understand me. NOT his fault, but frusterating all the same. I know they could care less if I shop with them or not, obviously due to the way I was treated. Anyway, It worked Awesome for 3 short months. What ever you do, if you must purchase this item, don't buy it from amazon, as they don't back what they sell for more than 30 days. Good Luck to you All.

I recently purchased this Panasonic NN-H665WF 1.2cu.ft. 1300W microwave oven July 3,07 and recieved it by Friday July 6th to replace the poor quality kenmore microwave i bought 10 months ago that had died June 28th,07 and the part i needed was not available anymore. It was a big mistake in the first place thinking Kenmore is good..., wrong. my husband wanted to save money and he thought since i worked for Sears i'll get my employees' discount and it will save us $$$, not!, we have been throwing money out the window all these years. we have been replacing one kenmore with another for 7 years, and they only lasted 10/11 months to (if your lucky, 14 months), so, this time I took the matters in my own hands and a credit card and purchased a product that has an excellent reputation. I am happy and satisfied with this product, the key pad is simple and easy to operate..., no need for a rocket sientist. I just want to say, Panasonic is a very good make, and if your searching for a reliable microwave, Panasonic has you covered.
now it only takes me to heat my coffee 1 minute and 45 seconds.
