I was very pleased with the windchimes I recently ordered. They arrived ahead of schedule, exactly as described, and in perfect condition. The components were secured with a rubber band and the entire object was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. The shipping container was very sturdy and well sealed. I ordered these as a housewarming present. Nice mellow tones, but I wish it had a lower tone like the length suggests. They still sound wonderful and they arrived within 3 business days.
