« Never received product »

I was very excited when I ordered this product as it was exactly what I needed. However, after a few days I received a box with 2 circular light bulbs in them. At first I thought that perhaps the lamp bulbs were shipped seperately due to their fragility and the actual lamps would arrive shortly. Two days after I got the bulbs I got an e-mail stating there was a problem with my order, my order was cancelled, and I received a full refund.

So, now I have no lamps and bulbs for lamps I don't own...

I cant review this product because all they sent me was a flourecent bulb...a circular one. No explanation just that in a box. I ended up buying a lamp similar to this on ebay.....
