Makes cleaning up a breeze!
»
This jelly roll liner is excellent. There's no need to worry about greasing jelly roll or cookie sheets. Cookies don't stick to this liner, and all you have to do to clean it is wipe it down with a damp cloth. No more cookies sticking! This has made baking a much easier endeavor.

Excellent Product
»
I used the Silpat Jelly Roll Liner for the first time this month while making 10 pumpkin rolls for the holidays. When it came time to remove the liner from the baked pumpkin roll, it peeled right off with ease--no more fighting with waxed paper or cutting of parchment paper for me. I love this product!

Perfect Silicone Mat
»
I've tried the SiliconZone as well as KitchenAid's silicone mat, and neither compare to SilPat. I don't even use this on a baking sheet, just throw it right onto the oven shelves; it's stiff enough to manage, and cuts down on my clean-up, (which by the way, the dishwasher does nicely). It's completely non-stick, I've never had an issue. Cookies, croissants, it all comes out perfect with this mat.

This mat was ok...
»
I tried it out with chocolate chip cookies first and didn't really like the results. They spread out really bad, but I made a monster cookie recipe with it the next time, and they turned out perfect. The monster cookie recipe calls for parchment paper or a mat...so, that was why I used this with them=)
