    « A lot in a little space »
This was one of the few carrying cases that provides three ways to carry a lot of stuff: handle, shoulder strap, and rollers. I chose this due to its phenomenal price point, and because it is small enough to fit under most airline seats. I've used it for a couple months now, with a laptop and its accessories, a lot of other computer and networking equipment fairly well filling it up. It is holding up nicely so far, including the zippers. I highly recommend it. The blue wheels are a bit odd looking IMHO, but I'm over it.

    « amazing ergonomics »
I bought this case for work four years ago, and have used it daily since. It is great for organizing many different materials - tech gadgets, office supplies, books/binders/files, personal items - all have a logical place with easy access. That being said - it may not be the bag for you if you are looking for a slim bag just for your laptop. This is a workhorse for those who carry their whole office with them, so it's design adds bulk and weight when compared to a laptop bag only.
There are other rolling office bags that are similar - what sets this one apart are the ergonomic features. The telescoping handle is curved so that none of the stress of the weight of the case is distributed to your shoulders (maybe you have to experience lugging around 30 lbs. of materials in another bag compared to this one to appreciate this). Even when using the over the should carry strap, you can tell that the ergonomic curve to the back of the case and the offset attachment points on the strap make a significant difference to the balance of it. This case saved me from a lot of the back fatigue and pain I had before its purchase.

    Negatives:
    * it is so low to the ground, that you will have damage to it (though mine has held up to 4 years of total disregard)
    * the telescoping handle is prone to stick on last segment
    * it weighs nearly 8 lbs. before the first item is placed in it - not the best choice if you will primarily carry it on your shoulder

    « Suprisingly great bag!! »
This review is for the Kensington 62348 Contour Roller Carrying Case.

After buying 2 other bags and being very disapointed with the size and quality, I finally found the bag for me. Every inch of this bag is available for use. Even the back, where the handle goes down, there are pockets next to the handle. Instead of empty space!! You can even put a magazine or files in there. The handle is sturdy, and long enough for me at 5' 11". No problems with my heels geting hit. I was cautious about the clearance because of other reviews, but I haven't have any problems. If I ever need to replace this bag, can't see that I would with the warranty, I would replace it with this one again. By the way, not a carry on for the plane. Too big.

    « Works Great! »
I think the new Kensington 62348 Contour Roller Carrying Case is great! It holds my 17 inch laptop with ease and has several individual compartments for the charger, cables, mouse, etc.

The longer handle really is nice too. I can actually pull it 'behind' me without bending over like I've had to do with several other roll-a-board cases I've had or tried.

The wheels located on the extreme corners certainly help keep it more stable while rolling than others that have the wheels closer together.

    « Worst Case Ever!!! »
Ordered for work and school use, this is the worst rolling case I have every owned. The "new spell" is horrible, makes you wonder if that alone is a health hazard. The case is big and bulky with my laptop, appointment pad for work, as well as 4 class books (2 are approx. 1/2-in thick; 2 are approx. 1-in thick)and a notebook. I had used the case for less than 2 weeks when the wheels began to look as if they were 6 months old. The wheels are not "smooth rolling" as the description indicated. Instead, you get a rough feel and the wheels began to peel around the center and the outside. I also began to notice that the bag was coming apart at the seams, even though the case itself was not overstuffed.

I would send this awful case back. However, due to my schedule being so full I haven't had the time to pack and ship the darn thing; and have missed the November 3rd. I lost $30 in shipping fees and $70 + dollars for the cost of the bag. Great for Amazon.... really sucks for me!!!
