The glasses are excellent and they actually MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE in the experience of drinking champagne. Never thought it would be true but it did make a difference. Amazon was great. One glass was broke so they replaced the whole set immediately. Had the new set in less than 4 days. I was extremely pleased with their response. I will continue to shop with Amazon.

As Riedel wineglass users we were looking for some Champagne glasses, and pleased with the Riedel quality we decided to take these ones, and the galsses met our expectations. They look very nice, have the right shape to get the best out of your Champagne and of course they have the Riedel quality, like everything else from this Austrian manufacturer.
