One of the 5 star reviews said shattered in shipping so I should have been leary. Well it does look like it would be beautiful and the return process is easy but there is no way a new one would get here by Christmas so I asked for a refund. I would say that if you have experienced roughly handled packages before this will arrive shattered. The original packaging just isn't substancial enough for this fragile item.

Beautiful pitcher was received broken. Contacted Amazon and it was reshipped that very day without questions asked. I received an email on how to print an online return label that I taped to the box of the broken pitcher and dropped off at the post office. Thank you very much for a quick and easy return process.

This is a delicate looking pitcher. I used for a church Christmas Party and everyone commented on the look. I decided that next year I will use Pfaltzgraff Winterberry Etched and Hand Painted collection for my home Christmas Table.
