« BEST KNIFE EVER! » I have had this knife for several years - about five. I refer to it as my "favorite" knife. I absolutely abuse it (run it through the dishwasher practically ever other day; leave it in water)and it's still the best knife I have. It's wonderful on tomatoes, all types of fruit, and cutting breads. I can't say enough about it. Buy this knife. Rating: (5 out of 5) @ 2008-04-21

« Great steak knife » This knife makes a fabulous steak knife. The serrated edge is very sharp and grips steak well, and the 4 1/2" size is just the right length. It's also great for tomatoes. My mom has a whole set of KitchenAid steak knives, and will only use this. Rating: (5 out of 5) @ 2007-08-24
