Great Bonsai

I was a bit worried from some of the reviews I read here on Amazon, but this Bonsai arrived as pictured(minus the flowers, not in blooming season) I even used Amazon's free supersaver shipping. We have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Very good value from Brussel's.

Bug Infested

I'm always hesitant to write a negative review because tastes are different but with this product I felt I had a duty to alert consumers. I bought this and out of the box it was pretty until I looked close and found it was infested with tiny white bugs that clung to nearly every branch and leaf. I hoped they would die on their own but after three weeks they were still there and the plant itself had started to die. I bought plant insect spray and they killed the bugs. The plant died two weeks later. I was very disappointed since I'd always wanted a bonsai tree and gardenia is my favorite scent.

Frustrated with delivery time

I should have heeded the warnings of the previous reviewers.
Ordering in plenty of time for the shipment to arrive, I was informed upon payment that the plant would be delivered by Mother's Day, but after placing the order, I see that it will take at least 3 weeks (2 weeks *after* Mother's Day!) AND there is NO OPTION TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
Trying to reach Amazon is next to impossible.
I could not be more dissatisfied.

Great Tree

I reviewed some of the comments from others about broken branches, and dead leaves. I was very worried what I would get but my tree arrived in one piece no broken branches and beautiful. I love the bonsai I have only had it about 2 weeks and already I have a ton of buds on it which should be blooming in the next week. This was a great buy for the price!!

Arrived in a timely fashion

Concerned as I have not seen any more blossoms since its arrival. Lots of green leaves.
