I finally jumped on the "stir-fry" bandwagon, and I'm glad I did. I use this pan to make quick and delicious meals for the family that I know are nutritious. I recently cooked talapia in a lemon sauce and also cooked lemony salmon. Both meals came out really good, and I am sure that the pan had alot to do with it. I'm a handy man and a carpenter, and I know that using the right tool for the job is key. In this case, this pan is the right tool for stir frying. Next on the list is orange chicken. The family is already looking forward to it. And clean up? It could not have been easier--water, soap, sponge, and under 15 seconds. Make sure to use wooden utensils and a silicon tong. Price was very reasonable; two day shipping was free; no tax applied. Amazon is great! I know that this pan is going to get alot of use. And because of this pan, I know that the family is getting nutritious and delicious meals cooked quickly. Go stir-fry!

My wife used it for more than a month now. It is easy to cook and easy to clean. Handles easily with one hand. Too bad does not come with a glass lid. But it really worth the money.

it's a great wok

This is a great wok for everyday use. I have been using this model for more than 10 years. I'm buying my third one for future use.
One lesson I learned is that it can not handle high heat (the wok will change color). I have learned to cook using medium heat. The handle is very comfortable and food does not stick! I use it many times a week to stir fry meat, tofu, veggies, noodles and rice. It is also very easy to clean.
This is a great product and by far the best wok I have used (surely better and cheaper than Calphalon).

It seems like I had to buy a non stick pan every two years even though I followed instructions and maintained them according to manufacture directions. However, recently I purchased the Circulon round grill pan. I was truly amazed. No sprays or oils needed, easy clean up. With regard to the 12" pan with lid, it's great. I do wish it had a handle on the other side because it would be easier to lift. Highly recommend.

Nice and lightweight. Ridges sometimes trap food.

I like this pan for stir fry and various other uses. It's very lightweight and the non-stick surface is good. The only complaint I have is that there are ridges on the inside of the pan around the edges that certain foods can get trapped in while cooking, like scrambled eggs. But, for typical stir fry meals I think this is a good choice. The inside is quite deep and holds a lot.
