It's easy to prepare enchiladas ahead of time in this classic, rectangular baking dish: take it right out of the freezer, put it in a cold oven, then heat as high as 500 degrees F. Or use the dish under the broiler or in the microwave. You can even serve directly from this colorful, pleasing cookware, making a statement with both food and style. The easy-to-clean enameled stoneware resists chipping and staining, and will not absorb odors or flavors. Its generous, sure-grip handles make it easy to carry a hot dish from oven to table. --Schuyler Ingle

Great Bakeware!!!
»
This is some of the best bakeware. Never had any problems. When I use them I always put them on a baking sheet. This should prevent the random cracking a couple of other reviewers experienced.

This is my 3rd piece of LeCreuset Porcelain and I am very impressed with the outcome of everything I have made in them so far...this pan in particular is great for cobblers and brownies and pretty enough to bring from the oven to the table...Great Price too Amazon...thanks!

Surprisingly disappointed
»
I've used my square stoneware pan maybe 10 times and didn't have any problems. But today my dish just cracked right down the middle while in the oven at 400 degrees, just like the other 1-star reviewer experienced. I did not see this coming. I'm disappointed, but at least I found it at TJ Maxx for $12.
